This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which For Elyse collects, uses, maintains and discloses information collected from users (each, a "User") of the www.forelyse.com website ("Site"). This privacy policy applies to the Site and all products and services offered by For Elyse.


1. Information we collect


Personal identification information

We may collect personally identification information from Users in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when Users visit our site, register on the site, place an order, and in connection with other activities, services, features or resources we make available on our Site. Users may be asked for, as appropriate, name, email address, mailing address, phone number, credit card information. Users may, however, visit our Site anonymously. We will collect personal identification information from Users only if they voluntarily submit such information to us. _session_id, unique token, sessional, Allows Shopify to store information about your session (referrer, landing page, etc).

_shopify_visit, no data held, Persistent for 30 minutes from the last visit, Used by our website provider’s internal stats tracker to record the number of visits

_shopify_uniq, no data held, expires midnight (relative to the visitor) of the next day, Counts the number of visits to a store by a single customer.

cart, unique token, persistent for 2 weeks, Stores information about the contents of your cart.

_secure_session_id, unique token, sessional

storefront_digest, unique token, indefinite If the shop has a password, this is used to determine if the current visitor has access.

Information Collection, Use, and Sharing
At For Elyse, we have a huge respect for your privacy. Third parties (such as AdRoll) may place cookies on your browser for targeted advertising purposes. Information collected may include IP addresses, cookie identifiers and website activity. Sharing your personal information

We may share generic aggregated demographic information not linked to any personal identification information regarding visitors and users with our business partners, trusted affiliates and advertisers for the purposes outlined above.
We do not sell, trade, or rent Users personal identification information to others.

The personally identifiable information that you provide to us and information about your order may be combined with other personally identifiable information (such as demographic information and past purchase history) available from our records and other sources. We also use Pixel Tags to collect additional information regarding your browsing experience. This information will be used to make our future marketing efforts more efficient and to provide you with a more relevant and timely brand and shopping experience. This information may also be shared with our third party service providers that assist us with our marketing efforts and with other marketers whose products or services we feel may be of interest to you. 2. Consent


How we get the User’s consent

When the User provides us with with personal information to complete a transaction, verify a credit card, place an order, or arrange for a delivery or return purchase, we imply that the User consents to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason.

If we ask a User for personal information for a secondary reason, like marketing, we will either ask the User directly for expressed consent, or provide an opportunity to say no.

3. Disclosure

We may disclose the User's personal information if we are required by law to do so or if the User violates our Terms of Service.

 

4. Shopify, Inc.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to the User.

The User's data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store User data on a secure server behind a firewall.


Payment:

If the User chooses a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores the User's credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). The User's purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, the User's purchase transaction information is deleted.

All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

5. Third-Party Services

In general, the third-party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose the User's information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us.

However, certain third-party service providers, such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors, have their own privacy policies in respect to the information we are required to provide to them for your purchase-related transactions.
