Please note our processing time for returns and exchanges is 5 to 10 business days once we receive the return. Once your return is processed, you will receive an email notification.
- Full Price and Sale Items are ONLY accepted within 30 days of the original Invoice Date.
- You may not return or exchange Cosmetics or Gift Certificates.
- Jewelry, Sunglasses, and ID Cases are returnable but not exchangeable.
- Shipping and handling on returned merchandise is nonrefundable (unless the product is damaged or the wrong item was shipped). If you have received a damaged product or the wrong product please call us so we can resolve any issues as soon as possible.
- All merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached.
- Shoes must be returned in their original shoe box without damage to the box. If you use your shoe box as a shipping box, we will not be able to refund you and your return will be refused.
- From time to time, For Elyse has special promotions on items that will be sold as FINAL SALE or CLEARANCE. Items that are part of these promotional FINAL SALE or CLEARANCE events are Not Returnable or Exchangeable.
- Merchandise purchased in the retail stores can ONLY be returned to the store from which is was purchased. Returns to our retail locations must follow guidelines posted in the respective stores.
How Do I Make a Return?

- While you can send us back the merchandise with the method of your choosing, we prefer using UPS
- As soon as your return arrives in our warehouse, we will process it promptly and your credit card. You will be notified by email when this is processed
How do I Make an Exchange?
We like to make exchanges as easy and fast as possible. If you would like to make an exchange, please call us toll free at (530) 893-0106, Monday through Saturday from 10:30 AM to 6:00 PM PST. We do not pay for shipping on items returned for exchange but when we receive the item for exchange, our customer service agents will create a new order and ship it to you with no additional shipping fees. When your exchange is received and processed you will be sent an email with a new tracking numeber. Please note, we can only make exchanges for the same item, we can change the size or color but can not exchange for a completely different product.
Refused or Undeliverable Packages
Refused or undeliverable packages are subject to return shipping costs.
Return shipping costs vary by shipping method used in the order. Overnight delivery cost is $35 for return shipping. 2nd day return shipping charges are $25. Third day air return shipping charges are $18. Ground shipping return charges are $7. To reship a refused or undeliverable package is another a shipping cost dependent on what kind of shipping you prefer. If you would like to cancel an order that has been returned to us, there is a 15% restocking fee.
