- We accept returns within 30 days of the original order as listed on your invoice.
- Returns must be received unworn, unwashed, and with the original tags attached.
- Shipping and handling on returned merchandise is nonrefundable (unless the product is damaged or the wrong item was shipped). If you have received a damaged product or the wrong product please call us so we can resolve any issues as soon as possible.
- Shoes must be returned in their original box and placed inside an additional protective shipping box. Damage to the shoe box makes the shoes ineligible for return, and the shoes will be returned to you.
- Gift Card, Cosmetics, Earrings, and items marked as clearance are not eligible for return.
- From time to time, For Elyse has special promotions on items that will be sold as FINAL SALE or CLEARANCE. Items that are part of these promotional FINAL SALE or CLEARANCE events are Not Returnable or Exchangeable.
- Items purchased with a multiple item discount, ex: "15% off when you buy 2 or more", will be refunded at the discounted amount less the amount of the discount on the second item if the return breaks the multiple item discount. This includes free shipping deals.
- Merchandise purchased in the retail stores can ONLY be returned to the store from which is was purchased. Returns to our retail locations must follow guidelines posted in the respective stores. Items purchased online must be mailed back to us for return.
- Merchendise purchased online must be mailed back to our store. We can not accept online returns in our retail locations at this time
- Returns which are sent to us and do not meet the above criteria will be sent back to you and you will not be refunded.
Returns are processed within 5 business days of receiving your return.You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed. It may take up to 5 business days for the refund to process back to your account.
How Do you Make an Exchange?
Did you get the wrong color or size? Please note, we can only make exchanges for the same item, we can change the size or color but can not exchange for a completely different product. If you would like to make an exchange, please send back your items following the instructions below:
Leave the rest up to us! Our customer care representative will make sure your new item(s) are processed and shipped out promptly. When your return is received and processed, we'll email you a refund notification. You do not have to wait for your return to be processed before we ship your new item(s).

- Our customer care representatives will create a new order for the new item you would like to receive in exchange. You are charged at this time for the cost of the merchandise, you will be refunded the cost of the item and the shipping when the original item is receive back by us. To send back your original item follow the return instructions below.

We recommend international customers place a new order online to reserve your exchange items. Your order will be processed promptly the following day.
Please initiate your return online and return your item(s) via an insured mail service. We recommend obtaining a receipt during shipping and keeping it for your records.
How do I Make a Return?
To return your item(s), follow the steps below:

(items returned with out contacting us first are subject to a 15% restocking fee)
- Indicate your order number and the items you are going to return.
- Let us know if you need a UPS return label or if you will be returning the item by your own method.
- Repackage the item(s) and send them back to us
- Returns are processed within 5-10 business days of receiving your return. We'll send you an email confirmation when your refund has been issued, and it may take up to 5 business days for the refund to process back to your card.
When returning items with our UPS return label, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund credit (usually around $9). You can also return items via an insured mail service of your choice to:

We recommend shipping with insurance and keeping your shipping receipts until your return is processed. We are not responsible for missing, damaged, or packages lost in transit. We also reccomend USPS flat rate envlopes if just shipping back a single garment of clothing.
Refused or Undeliverable Packages
Refused or undeliverable packages are subject to return shipping costs.
Return shipping costs vary by shipping method used in the order. Overnight and 2nd Day Air return shipping charges are at cost. Third Day Air and Ground return shipping charges are $10. To reship a refused or undeliverable package will incur additional shipping charges. If you would like to cancel an order that has been returned to us, there is a 15% restocking fee.
